Chai Tea Spiced Apple Muffins (Vegan)
Start the day off right with this yummy vegan apple muffins that beckon with the scent and taste of chai spices. Also a great meal-prep snack that freezes well.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F degrees.
  2. Whisk soymilk, margarine, egg replacement and vanilla in large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together flours, baking powder, salt and all spices.
  3. Spoon batter into oiled or paper-lined muffin tins to 2/3 full.
  4. Bake at 15 to 18 minutes or until toothpick pulls clean from center of muffin.
