18-count canrefrigerated Jumbo biscuit dough
1stick butteraka (1/2 cup)
1tablespoonItalian Herb BlendI used Instantly Fresh from Litehouse
4ouncesblue cheese crumblesI like Simply Artisan Reserve
OptionalFresh chopped parsely
Instructions
Chop bacon into small pieces and cook in skillet over medium-high heat until crispy and browned. Drain on paper towel.
In microwave, melt butter in 8-inch ceramic or glass pie dish. Stir in Italian Herb blend.
Cut each biscuit into 6 wedges. To make task faster, stack biscuits and cut.
Toss wedges in butter mixture until coated.
Sprinkle top of biscuits with blue cheese crumbles, cooked bacon, and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
