1/2largecantaloupe, seeds removed
1cupcrumbled Feta cheese
2tablespoons chopped fresh mintor quality "dried" like Instantly Fresh brand from Litehouse Foods
tablespoonschopped fresh basilor quality "dried" like Instantly Fresh brand from Litehouse Foods
Instructions
Use melon scooper to create 18 even-sized melon balls.
Toss together feta cheese and herbs in shallow bowl.
Roll each melon ball in cheese mixture, pressing with fingers to help stick on.
