In bow, mix together protein powder, almond butter powder, coconut flour, salt, pumpkin pie spice and allulose (or stevia) until combined.
Stir in almond milk and pumpkin puree, mix with spatula until combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Will be a bit crumbly.
Line 9" x 9" rimmed baking pan with plastic wrap.
Dump contents of bowl in pan, press down with hands until completely compacted together.
Set in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes, before slicing into 8 bars. Or, may form into balls, if preferred.
Store leftovers in airtight container, kept in fridge.
