Cherry Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt with Collagen is a refreshing sweet summer treat! This guilt-free dessert has no added sugar and gets a boost of protein from collagen hydrolysate! So fun for July 4th or other summer gatherings.
1/3cupsugar-free chocolate chipmini-size if available
1/3cupchopped fresh cherries
Instructions
Add frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, milk and liquid stevia to blender and blend for a minute or two until smooth. Next, blend in collagen powder, a couple tablespoons at a time.
Pour mixture into 9” x 5” metal or ceramic bread loaf pan. Place in freezer for approximately 1 hour, until beginning to thicken.
Remove from freezer and stir up, incorporating any frozen parts that have started to form on pan sides. Stir in chocolate chips and chopped fresh cherries. Return immediately to the freezer and freeze for 3 more hours.
To serve, allow to sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes and use an ice cream scooper to spoon into balls.
