1cupfresh or frozen blueberries
1large egg
1cupmilk 2%
1cut water
1/2cupcottage cheese 2%
1/3cupvanilla protein powder or collagen powder
1tbspchia seeds
1cupsteel cut oats
1/8tspsalt
1/8tspliquid stevia drops
1/2tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Rinse berries(if fresh), place in standard loaf pan.
Whisk egg, add milk, water, cottage cheese.
Stir in protein powder until absorbed, then add chia seeds and steel cut oats.
Add salt, stevia, vanilla, stir well.
Pour in loaf pan with blueberries. It will seem very runny, but don't worry, the liquid gets absorbed during baking.
