How to Love the Run You’re With  – Joy in the Journey

I have been running for nearly my entire adult life, it’s probably been about 28 years since I entered my first “fun run.” Since that time, I’ve run countless road, trail and obstacle races, at nearly every distance from one mile to 50 miles!
