I relish relish, will dive head first into dip, and always “lika da sauce”! Since all the spring produce is on parade and I like spicy-sweet things, I couldn’t resist making “Just a Li’l Spicy” Strawberry Radish Salsa! Read on to get all the deets and recipe:
“Just a Li’l Spicy” Strawberry Radish Salsa is a bright at tasty delight that works well as a condiment with grilled seafood, to dress up salads or serve with chips!
This strawberry relish makes a stunning and unexpected topping for a simple wedge salad! Note: I used OPA Strawberry Poppyseed Greek Yogurt Dressing, it’s so delicious and only 60 cal per sering.
Easy enough to make on weekdays (and saves in the fridge for up to 3 days) yet special enough for upcoming warm-weather shindigs like graduation parties, Mother’s Day brunches, and more!
Have any ideas for pairing up with this unique salsa? On a scale of 1 to 10, how spicy will you go? Please share in the comments, XOXO — Jennifer
