The only thing traditional about my meatballs and sauce is the meat – it’s beef.  While Italian spices are nice, southwestern spices like cumin are ground chipotle pepper are twice as nice. My baked chips also avoid the super-processed way vinegar and salt are added to packaged chips (basically a vinegar powder is made and bound to a starch like maltodextrin and then coated on the finished chip).
