In fact, I love to eat one of these healthy cheesecakes an hour or so before bed – the protein from the cottage cheese and collagen keeps me from getting hungry at night and support workout recovery and gains. In fact, studies show that most muscle “gains” happen during your deep, deep sleep. Both collagen and diary-products (like cottage cheese) are shown to support better sleep.

In addition to being a great snack or light meal for an active lifestyle, you’ll also love how easy these protein cheesecakes are to make – there is no official baking required, just a quick zap in the microwave to set the crust before topping with the cottage cheese filling. And, the orange protein cheesecake recipe makes four individual servings of collagen cheesecake which is great for portion control and meal prepping.

Each of these Orange Coconut Chia Cheesecakes with Collagen has approximately 234 calories, 8g net carb and 19g protein – no added sugar and gluten free, grain free.

How to Flex Your Side Hustle with Shake!

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Shake by IZEA. All opinions are 100% mine.

Hey, y’all! Thanks for stopping by today to check out my thoughts on Shake, a creative marketplace where creators like myself (and I bet you, too!) can sell digital creative services conveniently and securely.

As a competitive athlete, mom of three boys and self-employed boss babe of 15 years who works in the writing, fitness and clean-eating niche, I live by this motto –   “The dream is free, but the hustle is sold separately.” I do truly believe I can accomplish whatever goals my can mind conjures up. That is, if I’m willing to put in the hard work – the hours of sweating for my sport, the writing and editing, the recipe testing and tweaking (maybe even twerking, lol), and networking to find people who want to hire me!

This is what a Shake looks like to marketers.

With the new platform Shake, I’m better able to potentially increase my income and work from home by connecting with brands for sponsored gigs (like blogs posts, Instagram posts and reels, virtual appearances, and more). You can see below how I’m starting a new Shake for Virtual Cooking Demos.

It’s so easy to get Shakin’ with this intuitive, self-contained platform.

This creative marketplace is not just for bloggers or Instagram, Youtube and Tic-tok influencers, Shake can also help photographers, videographers, writers, musicians and other creative types making digital products transact with business who are looking for talent! At my recommendation, my 21-year-old son is going to begin marketing his digital gaming art here – I’m excited for him!

Using Shake is free for the Creator to initiate, there are no monthly fees are anything. However, there is a 15% marketplace fee on the final deal amount – which is actually much more equitable than some similar competitors out there “helping” creators. The good news is that you don’t pay anything upfront. In my opinions, it’s a total win-win for Creators . . . and those marketplace fees are a LEGIT business expenses, so keep your digital invoices.

I’m so excited to share this Shake review with you, I hope you are inspired. Start dreaming and hustling and Click here to join Shake.
