Looking to “sleigh” your holiday sweat session? Today, I’m sharing two workings based on on the song, “The Twelve Days of Christmas.” A 12 Days of Christmas Workout is nothing new, there are countless versions floating from gym to gym and around the Internet. They will all get your heart-pumping and make you want to sing (or gasp) along, plus there is something for everyone from the hard-core fitness beast to someone just looking to get in a light workout while on vacation.

I have put together two 12 Days of Christmas Workout Versions today — one for the gym where you have access to various fitness equipment and another one that requires NO equipment and can be done anywhere — in a hotel or at home!
Make one, or all – there is something to suit nearly every type diet including gluten-free, low-carb, vegetarian and more. Also, Homemade Soup Mix in a Jar is a great idea to give as an edible holiday gift or hostess gift– the colorful layers in the jar are the “wrapping” and then just tie up the homemade food gift with a pretty bow and the instructions.
