They will all get your heart-pumping and make you want to sing (or gasp) along, plus there is something for everyone from the hard-core fitness beast to someone just looking to get in a light workout while on vacation.

I have put together two 12 Days of Christmas Workout Versions today — one for the gym where you have access to various fitness equipment and another one that requires NO equipment and can be done anywhere — in a hotel or at home!
